Nule is available now on the App Store and Google Play. Sign up and choose a plan on the website, then sign in to the app with your Nule account.
Founders pricing is available for the first 1,000 users. See our pricing page for the current tiers. You sign up and pay on the website; the app then signs you in.
Not directly just yet — but it's on the way. We're completing HMRC's recognition process (our application is with HMRC's Software Developer Support Team), and once it's granted you'll be able to file straight from Nule. In the meantime Nule works out your full VAT return for you — the 9-box figures — which you can see in the app or online on your tax page when you sign in. The quickest way to file today is to send it to your accountant: tap Email to Accountant in the app, or pass on the 9 boxes. Prefer to file it yourself? Enter the boxes into your usual MTD-compatible software.
Same as VAT. Nule works out your quarterly figures for you (they're cumulative — each update covers the whole tax year so far), viewable in the app or online on your tax page when you sign in. Direct submission from Nule is on the way once HMRC grants recognition; until then, send the figures to your accountant to file. Mandatory from 6 April 2026 for sole traders with qualifying income above £50,000. End of Period Statement and Final Declaration are on our roadmap.
Yes. Everything you log lives on your device first and syncs to our servers in the background when you have a connection. You can capture jobs, expenses and mileage on-site without signal and the data won't be lost.
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, stored in AWS London (eu-west-2). We never sell your data and don't run third-party analytics in the app. See our privacy policy for the full detail.
Yes. Nule produces accountant-ready exports in Xero, QuickBooks and Sage CSV formats, plus a plain CSV of all transactions. You own your data; you can take it with you any time.
Email support@nule.ai from your account address and we'll delete your data within 30 days, in line with UK GDPR. You can also delete your account from inside the app: More → Account → Delete account.
